Positive: Location was good, not too far from places
Negative: The oven wasn't clean on arrival. Although I understand it's difficult to clean because of the exposed gas element, it could have been presented in better condition.
Summary: The unit is fantastic—compact but very comfortable. The shower room is amazing.
